Frequently asked questions
01 Can I book a single room rather than a whole apartment?
Yes. Each of our three apartments has a master bedroom and three standard bedrooms, and any of them can be booked on its own. You get that bedroom plus shared use of the kitchen, living room and pool. Note that when a whole apartment is booked, its rooms are unavailable, and when any room is booked the whole apartment cannot be taken.
02 How do I pay?
We do not take card payments online yet. Once you book, we hold your dates for 48 hours and send you mobile money and bank transfer details. Send us proof of payment and we confirm your stay. If payment does not arrive within the hold window, the dates are released.
03 What counts as a long stay?
Anything of 30 nights or more is billed at our monthly rate, which is considerably cheaper per night. Long stays come to us as a request rather than an instant booking, so we can agree terms with you before confirming.
04 What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you are arriving on a late flight, tell us in advance and we will arrange for someone to meet you.
05 How far is the beach?
Kokrobite beach is a four-hundred-metre walk from the gate. The apartments have sea views, and the shared pool is in the grounds.
06 Is there a generator and running water?
Yes. The residence has a standby generator and water storage, so power cuts and supply interruptions do not interrupt your stay. On long-stay whole apartment lets, electricity and water are billed separately.
07 How far is central Accra?
Roughly forty-five minutes by road, depending on traffic. Kotoka International Airport is about an hour. We can help arrange an airport pickup if you let us know your flight details.
08 Can I cancel or change my dates?
Get in touch as early as you can. Before payment, an unconfirmed hold simply lapses. After confirmation, our cancellation terms apply — see the booking policies page, or ask us directly.
